The Rec is managed by its members, and we strive to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for everyone to enjoy. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any issues you may come across that you cannot address yourself.
If you spot a repair need, email members@diamondarec.com to report the issue. We will direct your report to the appropriate Rec board representative and address the issue as soon as possible.
Members are encouraged to share their ideas on how we can invest in and improve The Rec. If you have a proposal for a capital improvement project that you would like the board to consider, fill out the Rec capital improvement project form. Once submitted, the Board can review your idea and, if appropriate, schedule time for you to present the proposed improvement in more detail during a future Board meeting.
The Rec board plans to discuss proposed capital improvements and expenditures each Fall. This ensures adequate time to plan for a project and its expense in the next calendar year's budget. Certain projects may require presenting the proposal to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
The Board is committed to continued improvements and may adopt less expensive and straightforward capital improvements throughout the year.
