SoCo Connect is a contact management system for submitting service requests, monitoring progress and sending photos to the County of Sonoma. Any user can create a SoCo Connect account, and then submit a service request. SoCo Connect can be used to report a wide variety of code enforcement, roadway and signage issues.

The law requires reporting of any stray dog or kitten that you find in Unincorporated Sonoma County to Sonoma County Animal Services (SCAS) within 24 hours. (from SCAS FAQ).

Note: There are no ordinances pertaining to cats because they are free to roam, so SCAS does not accept healthy, altered or ear tipped cats.
